Juicer
The controller has integrated a Juicer Social Wall into this website. The operating company of Juicer is Juicer.io, 1515 7th Street, #424, Santa Monica, CA 90403.
The Juicer system gives the user the opportunity to combine his social media activity into a single feed, and to integrate this into a social wall on the website. General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of ALBIJOU GmbH
1. RESERVATION AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
1.1. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
These general terms and conditions govern the legal relationship between you and ALBIJOU GmbH (Holiday living in charming village homes with full concierge services). The reservation or order confirmation, which is sent to you by e-mail or post, serves as the basis.
1.2. OPTIONS
Option dates are binding for both parties. After the expiration of the option period the ALBIJOU GmbH can automatically dispose of the reserved apartments / houses unless the customer has sent a written order confirmation. The confirmation must be in the hands of the ALBIJOU GmbH on the day of the option date.
1.3. FEES
Fees are in CHF and include the legal value added tax. Any increase in value added tax after conclusion of the contract shall be borne by the customer. The fees posted on the homepage are valid and will be confirmed to the customer in the order confirmation.
1.4. DEPOSIT
Upon completion of a booking, 40% of the invoice amount must be paid as a deposit. The remainder is due 30 days before the start of the rental period. For short-term bookings (less than 30 days) the full invoice amount is due upon conclusion of the contract.
1.5. TOURISM TAX
The tourism tax of CHF 6.- for adults and CHF 3.- for children is not included in the rental fee and will be listed separately on the invoice. The amount of the tourism tax is determined by the municipality.
2. CANCELLATIONS
2.1. CANCELLATIONS OF BOOKINGS
We ask you to inform us as early as possible and in writing of any significant changes to your reservation. If a reservation is completely cancelled without any responsibility on our part (damage to accommodation) the following cancellation fee is due:
A cancellation made at least 3 months before the agreed arrival date is free of charge.
For cancellations made at least 2 months before the agreed arrival date a fee of CHF 50.- will be charged
until 30 days before arrival 20% of the invoice amount
29 to 15 days before arrival 50% of the invoice amount
less than 14 days before arrival 100% of the invoice amount
If a credit card number was entered incorrectly during the online booking process, we consider the booking as not guaranteed.
2.2. CANCELLATIONS OF GROUPS / RESERVATIONS FOR 10 PERSONS OR MORE
The same conditions apply as under point 2.1.
3. BINDING CONTRACTUAL COMPONENTS
3.1. LIABILITY
3.1.1. Guest, organizer
For damages to or loss of furnishings or inventory occurring during a stay or an event, the guest or organizer is liable—no proof of culpability on the part of ALBIJOU GmbH required. ALBIJOU GmbH is not liable for theft and damage of materials brought along by third parties; sufficient insurance is the sole responsibility of the organizer in any case.
3.2. SEMINARS, EVENTS
3.2.1. Number of participants
The organizer must report the definitive number of participants to ALBIJOU GmbH at least 24 hours before the start of the event. If the number of participants exceeds the estimate the invoice will be based on the the actual number of participants.
3.2.2. Additional costs for setting up and dismantling the seminar infrastructure
Die ALBIJOU GmbH shall furnish the seminar rooms as agreed and confirmed in writing. The organizer will be charged for extra costs incurred during set-up or dismantling. The organizer can dispose of cardboard, paper and excess conference materials on the premises after the event.
3.2.3. Third party services
If ALBIJOU GmbH procures technical or other equipment from third parties for the organizer, ALBIJOU GmbH acts in the name and for the account of the organizer. The organizer is liable for the careful handling and proper return of such equipment and shields ALBIJOU GmbH from all third party claims.
3.2.4. Media advertisement
Media advertisements referring to events staged in the context of Holiday living in charming village homes with full concierge services must be approved in writing by ALBIJOU GmbH prior to publication. If publication occurs without prior consent and to the detriment of ALBIJOU GmbH's interests, ALBIJOU GmbH has the right to cancel the event subject to possible claims for remuneration and damages.
3.3. THEFT
ALBIJOU GmbH is not liable for theft and damages caused by guests or third parties.
3.4. LOST PROPERTY
Lost property will only be forwarded at the request of the guest. The charges and the risk will be borne by the guest.
3.5. APPLICABLE LAW / JURISDICTION
The general terms and conditions are an integral component of our final confirmation. Place of performance and jurisdiction for both parties is Albinen. The GTC govern the legal relationship between the guest/organizer and ALBIJOU GmbH. Deviating agreements or subsidiary agreements must be made in writing.
3.6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR EXTERNAL LINKS
